Event Safety — Erie, PA and Northwest Pennsylvania

EmergyCare at Erie's Tall Ships Festival.

Safety is a concern with any special event. Any time you have a group of people gathered for a sporting event, concert, or community festival, the odds of a medical emergency increase. EmergyCare is equipped to handle special emergency medical needs and provide EMS medical and rescue standby services for indoor or outdoor events.

We offer this event safety service in Erie, Pennsylvania, along with Warren, Greenville, Titusville, and other surrounding areas. See our service area for the complete map.

Community Standby Levels

NEW RATES EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2024

Non-Dedicated Units - No Fee

Non-Dedicated Units include a full crew in an ambulance. 

The crew may be called away on an emergency but will try to return if possible.  

Dedicated Crews are available at a variety of levels

  • EMT/no transport

  • Paramedic/no transport

  • Basic Life Support Crew (EMTs) and vehicle will remain on-site during the event and transport if needed.

  • The Advanced Life Support Crew (Crew has at least one Paramedic), and the vehicle will remain on-site during the event. Transport will be provided if needed.

Scheduling

  • The request should be submitted no later than ONE MONTH BEFORE the requested service date. 

  •  Commitments will be made based on EmergyCare's geographic service area and staffing availability. Priority will be given to EmergyCare's primary response areas.

  •  Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to change the standby date and/or time. We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, if it is less than ONE WEEK'S NOTICE, we may be unable to honor your request due to staffing. 

 Please complete the standby form at least ONE MONTH before your event date.
