Volunteers are at the heart of EmergyCare's fundraising events. By sharing your time, creativity, and talents, you help make it possible for us to raise funds that support life-saving emergency medical services, community education programs, and critical equipment needs throughout our region.

Garage Gala — 2027-TBD

Garage Gala is EmergyCare's signature fundraising event and one of the community's most anticipated spring celebrations. We are looking for dedicated volunteers to help bring this event to life.

Opportunities include serving on the event planning committee or joining a subcommittee focused on a specific aspect of the event - such as logistics, décor, entertainment, sponsorships, and fundraising. Not ready to commit to joining the committee, there are also opportunities to help the night of the event.

Whether you commit to planning throughout the year or helping on event day, your involvement helps create an unforgettable evening while supporting EmergyCare's mission.

EmergyRace — October 4, 2026

EmergyRace is a unique team-based challenge event that brings participants together to explore the community, solve clues, and complete exciting challenges.

We are seeking creative and enthusiastic volunteers to help plan and grow this event. Opportunities include soliciting sponsors,  identifying community partners to host challenges, developing challenge concepts, creating clues for course navigation and challenge completion, coordinating logistics, and helping participants have an exceptional experience on race day. For the event to run smoothly, we also need 75-100 volunteers on race day. So, if serving on a committee isn’t your thing or seems like too much of a commitment, we would welcome you to help the day of.

If you enjoy problem-solving, creativity, teamwork, and community engagement, EmergyRace offers a rewarding opportunity to help create an event that participants will remember long after they cross the finish line.

No matter which event you choose, your time and dedication help strengthen EmergyCare's ability to serve our community when it matters most.
