In Person:
- Please bring your check and the completed Check Donation Form to The Erie Community Foundation at 459 West 6th Street, before Tuesday, August 5, 2025.
By Mail:
- You can also mail your check to 459 West 6th Street, but it will need to received by Tuesday, August 5, 2025.
- Complete the Check Donation Form indicating the EmergyCare and the corresponding donation amount(s).
- Write a check for the total amount payable to “The Erie Community Foundation”
- Mail your check and the completed Check Donation Form to The Erie Community Foundation, 459 West 6th Street, Erie, PA 16507.
August 12th - 15th!
The Crawford Heritage Community Foundation's annual Crawford Gives will run for ninety-six hours from Tuesday, August 12, through midnight on Friday, August 15.
Give by credit card!
Go to https://www.crawfordgives.org/ any time between Tuesday, August 12th, and Friday, August 15th, to make your gift by credit card. The site will be live at midnight. You will then be able to select EmergyCare to donate.
Plan ahead to give by cash or a check!
Prepare and submit a Check Contribution Form with your gift no later than August 15! Gifts can be dropped off at The Crawford Heritage Foundation at 415 Chestnut Street, Meadville, PA 16335, or mailed to PO BOX 933, Meadville, PA 16335.
CHECKS MUST BE PAYABLE TO THE CRAWFORD HERITAGE COMMUNITY FOUNDATION.
